Regional Account Manager 
North / Midlands – UK

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join Solar Tackle Limited and be part of company’s continued growth within the carp fishing sector. 
The core responsibility of this role is to be accountable for and drive the sales and brand representation within the designated sales region, which covers the north of the UK, in order to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
The core competencies of this role include a track record of strong sales within the fishing industry, excellent account management and development, an intricate knowledge of the UK fishing trade and the ability to work independently to follow key business strategies and achieve company targets and objectives.


What will be your key responsibilities?
  • To drive the sales of Solar Tackle products in your designated sales territory and optimise the customer base
  • Effectively plan and follow a call plan to maximise customer visits weekly to drive sales and new business
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
  • To be able to use the reporting systems effectively to determine what is required to maintain or improve performance
  • Provide an in depth sales report to the company management on a monthly basis 
  • Responsibility for Regional profit and loss (P&L)
  • To identify and drive opportunities within the region to increase sales
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers
  • Communicate effectively with the company sales office and sales team
  • Communicate with key areas of the business regularly, providing detailed solution based feedback
  • To attend regular sales meetings to give an overview of the region's performance
  • To be an advocate of social media to the company standards
