I've been carp fishing for roughly 20 years now, started out coarse fishing at 4 or 5 years old with my dad on a old estate lake, as I got older I started to become interested in the carp that it held and started fishing for them. Over the last 10 years I've mainly been fishing wild waters and rivers in the UK and abroad, I'm most at home when I can be mobile and move around looking for fish and stalking them. The last few years has seen me do a fair amount of boat fishing on the river trent in Nottinghamshire which has been nothing short of amazing at times landing big numbers of wild river carp. I also run a old quarry as a fishery now "Belvoir waters" and enjoy fishing there walking around stalking them out the deep clear water.
Being part of the solar team is great and everyone's really friendly and chilled.
