Extra information:
Had a dismal June 16th session when my newly-built swim was choked with floating weed to the point of being unfishable. River felt 'off' after the recent rains and the few fish spotted were moving fast, looking like they're preparing to spawn. Returned the next day and walked many miles up and down, managed to locate this little Ghostie in the edge and tempted him out on a surface bait.
