Last Updated: 4th September 2012Belgian-based Geert Ooms has landed a scaly mirror of 49lb and a common of 42lb on an overnight session.
With the weather conditions looking too good to ignore, Geert took the opportunity to nip out between days in the office. Come first light, following a quiet night, Geert landed a 49lb mirror, a fish he\'d caught at a lower weight in late 2011.
Before he could get the self-take pictures done though the second rod rattled off. Following an epic, 20-minute battle he slid the net under a 42lb common known as the Lightening Common.
